Our dedicated team of 12 engineers tackled extensive upgrades and migrations, including:

  • Partial DCS and ESD migrations for a highly complex refinery environment.

  • Foxboro DCS Infrastructure Upgrade transitioning to a high-availability virtual server environment.

  • Migration of legacy Foxboro CP30/CP60/MG30 to state-of-the-art FCP280/FDC280 controllers.

  • Transitioning the Foxboro ICC engineering environment to the ArchestrA/Galaxy platform.

  • Tricon Classic safety system upgrade, including critical TSAA FBM233 to FDC280 migration.

  • Streamlining HIMA/Foxboro communication by migrating from Modbus Gateway 30 to advanced FDC280 protocols.

  • Laying groundwork for seamless online cutovers in upcoming project phases.
