The long journey of the BP Olefin3 migration project has come to a successful close.
During the final project phase, our team held a closeout session focused on capturing key lessons learned from all stages of the project.
Together, the team reflected on important topics such as scope definition, documentation quality, collaboration with the customer, cybersecurity, and testing strategies. The session concluded with a shared appreciation for the team’s resilience and commitment, as well as valuable suggestions for improving future project execution and customer alignment. Delivering high-quality services remains our top priority.
The day wrapped up with a team dinner in downtown Bratislava, bringing together colleagues from KFB Control and Schneider Electric Process Automation across multiple locations. It was a great opportunity to celebrate success—and we all hope it won’t be the last time we meet like this.
